Enrollment Procedure

A student must be enrolled in Madison Christian in order to participate in any of our activities or programs. Enrollment is open to homeschooling famlies who are in agreement with our Statement of Faith, and agree to abide and uphold the policies and guidelines stated in our Handbook. 

  1. Read the Handbook.
  2. Complete the General Enrollment Form.
  3. New families must submit the Referral Form.
  4. Consider our other programs:
    1. Madison Christian Academy
    2. Monday School
    3. Athletic Program
  5. Complete all necessary enrollment and registration forms for these programs.
  6. Complete the Liability Waiver.
  7. Email the Administrator at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with any questions and to let her know you are submitting forms. You will be placed on the master email list for the programs in which you are enrolling.
